In this process, the small parts are evenly coated as bulk material in a rotating drum by means of spray guns. Drying begins during the spraying process using hot air or infrared radiation depending on the type of system used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the application requirements, water-based or filled into wire baskets and subjected to a specially-adapted washing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This process removes contaminants such as grease, release agents and other production wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blasting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Blasting is a common method for pre-treating metal parts before painting. Blasting involves blasting the surface of the metal with an abrasive material such as sand, glass beads or steel shot. This removes oxide layers, rust and other impurities from the surface and at the same time creates a rough surface that enables better adhesion of the paint.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-4\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plasma activation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This innovative process is ideal if, for example, non-polar plastics such as PP and PA are to be coated.
